Welcome ! our new friends!

This is a guideline for how to feed our best buddy!

  • Dogs over 4 months old can start trying some treats. For scientific feeding, please introduce them in small amounts to avoid causing soft stools.

  • Cats are carnivores and can be quite sensitive to food. We have specially prepared sample packs for cats that you can try first. Of course, some picky eaters may not like every option we offer.

We recommend purchasing small amounts to try, and if they like it, you can come back for more!

  2. All snacks received are guaranteed to be freshly made within three days.

  3. After receiving the snacks, please promptly check if the packaging is damaged or missing.

  4. If you find a leaking air bag, etc. please contact me as soon as possible for processing.

  1. After receiving the snacks, please put them in a ventilated, cool and dry place ASAP.

  2. The air-dried snacks can be stored at room temperature for 2 months.(it is recommended that the best consumption time is within 30 days)

  1. All ingredients are human edible grade.

  2. All snacks do not contain any additives or preservatives.

  3. All raw materials are purchased from Costco, and the cooking process is transparent.

  4. There are some parts of meat that contain fat, and drying them at high temperatures will produce a normal smell of oil residue. Our baby adore the smell!
